[ He appreciates being let off the hook for however long that'll last. Mood slightly improved, he gets to work on the food in earnest. ]

[He's more than allowed. Ryou encourages it with a bit of silence, contenting himself with watching the Ring-Spirit eat. He sincerely hopes the food was sufficiently tasty, he'd probably have done it better with more time, but he had tried his best anyway.

After a few long moments though, he breaks the silence.]

[ Indeed, the bowl is now basically emptied... maybe another bite or two. ]

[Before he can stop himself, Ryou lets out a rather embarrassing prrt noise, which is a content sound but also makes him look away, flustered. It's a kind compliment, and he's not always used to that from the Ring-Spirit. Sometimes their conversations were just...awkward as fuck.]

H-haha...thanks. I mean...I wanted to do something nice. You always bring me nice things when I don't feel great.
